I have tons of these small little red bumps all over my toes and fingers. Does anyone know what they are? - heat rash on fingers

One day, I was just a small pin number on my thumb, but he thinks it was nothing, so I went with my school day. When I returned, I noticed a tingling in the feet, but shrugged his shoulders.
