I want the files to be accessible to all on my wireless network. My computer is Windows 7 and the 2 other XP computers. I read numorous tutorials and when I reached the stage that does not require a password in the appropriate box on the Network and Sharing Center, store brand, then go, if I needed again on the back for one word password.

Get rid of 7 and reinstall Windows XP. Everything is much easier in XP.
